TOUCH COMMUNITY SOCIETY SEREMBAN is a charitable society set up to cater to the educational needs of special children (i.e. Down’s Syndrom, Autism, Slow Learners, etc.) is now open for registration/enrollment for he year 2008.The society caters for special children ranging from ages of 4 to 21 years.
This society also needs donation from individual or organisation for subsidizing the fee of students and maintaining the society for a better future for the special children.
